Can I return my order?
Not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind? No problem! You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are at your own expense. Of course, the product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. You may view the product, but not use it.
Personally customized products, such as having your own shirt framed, cannot be returned. Read more about this in our terms and conditions.
How can I return my order?
Have you decided to return your product(s)? After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. Please send an email to info@soccersignings.nl stating your order number and the products you wish to return. You will receive a return label with which you can return your order to us. You can also register your return yourself via the returns portal.
Stick the return label on the package and drop the package off at a PostNL service point.
What is the cost of returning my order?
Return charges are at your own expense. We can help set up a return shipment. The cost depends on the size of the package and from where the package needs to be returned. For a loose shirt/photo the cost is €7 and a framed shirt up to €17.
How long does it take to get my money back after a return?
Once we receive the order return, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, within a maximum of 3 business days the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled if it has not been shipped yet. Once the package has left our warehouse we cannot stop it. You can cancel by sending an e-mail to info@soccerersignings.nl or by calling +31 6 26 67 48 43.
When you log in you can check the status of your order and thus whether it has already been shipped or not. We will also send you an e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a Track & Trace code so you can track your order.
How long will it take to get my money back after canceling?
Once you have cancelled your order, in most cases the amount is refunded within 24 hours on the original payment method.
